Pain during sex?

Am I the only one to still feel some pain during sex almost 9 months after birth? Any advice? Baby is doing great and that’s what matters but poor mama :)

I never had pain afterwards. I didn’t tear though and felt fully recovered within the first week pp.

Same here - not unbearable pain but definitely not super comfortable or something I’m enjoying very much. My daughter is 9.5 months.

Nope! I’m going to a pelvic floor physical therapist because I have pain during sex. I had a muscle spasm and it hasn’t fully resolved yet.
You are not alone, but it does kind of suck!
