Little nutrition 4 weeks pregnant

So I’m 4 weeks 4 days along today. Our car broke down and we have little food to eat right now. My boyfriend is out of town for work and I have no way of getting to the store until Tuesday. Will poor eating for the next couple of days hurt the baby? I’m still drinking water and taking prenatals every day. I’m just scared about having a second miscarriage
