Strange bleeding/spotting

Ok so I've tried to do numerous searches but everything that comes up is about birth control or implantation bleeding. I'm a healthy 19 year old who has normal periods. I'm not on any form of rebirth control and I'm not sexually active. Last month I had some spotting before my period like normal usually then my actual period. Right after my period ended I started spotting. About a week of spotting turned into another period. That period ended kinda. It just turned into light to medium spotting every since. I feel like it's turning into another period again. I don't have any of my usual symptoms to indicate that it's a period. I've also looked up PSOS and other things, but I don't match those symptoms. Does anyone have any answers on what the hell could be going on? Is it just a hormonal change?
