Helping shape a positive, social environment for students?

I don’t think this could be controversial per say, but I figured I would get more input and responses here.
A mom from my daughters school shared this article on Facebook.

I wish the article specified on what she does after choosing what children need the added help. Does she do this in a way that the child doesn’t feel singled out? 
Do you think this would be a great plan for teachers to implement in their classrooms to help kids gain the positive socializing experience they need?

This is a wonderful way for teachers to spend their time and resources 💝 yes, look for the problem at its root and tackle it. These are the kind of people who are meant to be teaching, who are born to teach. She’s figuring out the problem, seeing it for what it is, and solving it. 
Kind of like what you all should be doing with a certain recurring problem you keep having 🤔

This is not a unique idea.. I have a teacher friend who had heard of doing this in school and uses it in her 7th grade class when they pick new seats each month.
It’s a smart idea and I agree with it, but just saying I have definitely heard of the practice before
