8 month old screaming in other kids faces?

Anyone else have a baby who likes to get in other babies or kids faces and scream? I’m sure she’s just trying to communicate somehow? I think it’s cute, but the other kids aren’t too happy about it! Lol

I don’t see how that would be “cute”. It’s very rude to let your baby go up and scream in other baby’s faces and if they don’t like that then you should either correct the behavior or remove your baby from the situation.

I would just model to her the appropriate way to say hello. 
Get down on their level and say “so and so are you excited? You can say hi so and so “ and then wave. If the other child cries I would point that out to her as well “so and so you yelled and so and so got scared. Next time you can wave”..
While she may not understand all of it right away she will eventually. And it’s important that she learns that others don’t like it and the proper way to interact. Some babies are shriekers/yellers and while completely normal for their personality it can also cause some other children to not want to interact with them as much, so best to just model appropriate behavior from the start.
