Just diagnosed.....

So I just found out today that I have type 2 diabetes and I'm just so stressed about it. I have had it in the past and it went away and now it came back again. I'm also actively TTC. When I had my first 2 kids I didn't have diabetes nor did I have gestational diabetes. Is there anybody who have diabetes that was able to get pregnant? And if so was it a healthy pregnancy? I'm debating on if I should just put off TTC. Any advise will be helpful please and thank you.
