so Im 38+2 and I'm bouncing on my ball, my question is, when I get a contraction am I supposed to pause and let it occur or am I supposed to keep bouncing?? this might sound silly but I'm really confused haha, I'm in so much pain so yes I'm trying these little myths to get lil man here
