I'm so confused!?

I had what I thought was ovulation bleeding about a week ago, maybe a little over a week ago. I had ewcm tinged with blood for a few days

My period should start either tomorrow or sometime this week and Im having ewcm again.

Could I be pregnant?

In all my other pregnancies I don't remember having ewcm, just watery like.

I'm also have pain in my right side, and my lower back has been unusually sore for several days.

We're not trying but not preventing either.
