Experiencing some abuse

So my boyfriend has a history with drugs and still does them so he has anger issues. And he either emotionally abuses me of physically. I walk around with bruises and ppl wonder why but I dont say anything because we just stopped a no contact order. Im not afraid of him because I can hold my own, but im scared he'll kill the baby. Hes soo controlling, I am not allowed a phone or guy friends or really to do anything, barley allowed to go to school. Im scared to leave him and I dont trust cops or social workers.. not sure what to do anymore
