D&C do you see your baby?

Please dont laugh if this sounds silly.
Can you see your baby after a d&c; or do they just do whatever they do?

They do whatever they do.. they pretty much vacuum and scrape out the remaining. It sounds horrible but...

I wanted to see mine but my doctor who o adore, kindly said — no honey nothing to see which was her way of saying I wouldn’t want to. I was 11 weeks. She sent it off for genetic testing so I know it was probably still whole but I didn’t see it. I put my 2 ultrasound pictures and positive tests in a small wooden box and put it in my closet . That was my way of remembering 💗💗

I hate to say this because it sounds so brutal, but no, the baby and products are removed in parts so you won’t be able to see anything :(
