I’m 32 weeks pregnant and have not had any major issues with my pregnancy (other than a superficial blood clot due to being on my feet too much at work). I’ve never had high blood pressure, it’s always normal at my appointments.

For some reason I’ve developed bright spots in my vision today and it’s been happening for over an hour now? It’s like everything around what i am looking it is bright and hard to see and there are some bright spots as well when looking at something directly (like my phone is hard to see everything im typing). I feel completely fine otherwise! No headache or dizziness or anything.

Is this something i should go to hospital over? I don’t think i would have pre eclampsia since i show no other symptoms? Should i call my doctor?
