A student of mine (I teach 2nd grade) came up to me and said her neighbor was touching her monkey. So of course, I was like, "Well sometimes sweetie you have to share" and she proceeded to cry and I asked her why she was so upset. She then said it had hurt. So I was like what?!?! And asked her why and where he had hurt her. She then pointed down to her privates and said in my monkey. Y'all I almost broke down crying when I called the office.

The neighbor was put into juvenile detention after the police were called. She no longer attends our school, but her friend said that she has been in contact with her and that she is very happy.
