It depends. I had one and my doctor said to try whenever we wanted. I had another right away and my doctor recommended waiting 3 months to allow my insides to heal up and my cycle to get back on track. We waited and got pregnant and now I’m 26 weeks and everything has gone perfectly. Talk with your doctor and see what they recommend. My doctor had me call as soon as I got a positive after my second mc so they could track my hormone levels and determine if I needed progesterone. I ended up not needing any!

Mine was in November & we started trying until after I got my first cycle in December. But then I didn’t have a cycle in January & I was late, thinking I was pregnant but then it showed at 27 days late. 
My dr says cycles can get messed up after a MC.

I had miscarriage 20th January and I was due on the 17th February but I haven’t come on , I kept on trying straite after I stopped bleeding, I know people say wait til u have had a period but I didn’t and I’m 3 days late now, so keep trying, I’m testing today x
