I breastfed, so I had no trouble dropping the weight within 6 weeks. However, my body took a lot longer than that to start looking more normal again. My hips had spread a bit, and of course I had lots of extra skin in my lower abdomen. That all took a while to change. It never looked like it used to, but I did get to where I was very happy with how I looked. It just takes time.

Like 30 minutes lol that's how long I pushed to give birth. I left the hospital in my regular clothes
