I’m having trouble conceiving and figured I will give it a go at the whole weight loss for conception thing. I’m just wondering how much weight made the difference between conceiving and not conceiving with you guys?!

I lost 10 pounds and my periods became normal. I lost 20 pounds total and we conceived in 5 months.

I lost 44 pounds, my periods are completely normal and regular and I'm ovulating on my own. All hormones are normal now. Have been trying to conceive off and on for two years but the recent weight loss has helped to regulate everything. Good luck!
