Headaches on the pill

I’m on the altavera pill, and I’ve been on for about 5-6 months and it’s been giving me THE WORST headaches I’ve ever had . Maybe could be considered migraines . They are so frequent , (3-5 times a week) . I tried the depo and it made me gain 60 pounds . So I can’t take that . And I’m too much of a puss to get an iud . I really don’t have many options . I’m just so tired of my head pounding like this . It’s awful. It’s affecting my mood and appetite . Everything . I don’t know what to do
