I’m three days late and have only gotten bfn. About a week ago I spotted for a max of 12 hours.( I’ve never spotted before) also I’ve been feel nauseous and craving foods. I can’t tell if my nipples have changed in color or size but a few times I’ll get a little pain in my breasts. Am I just going crazy? Is it possible to be pregnant after a BFN and being late?

Update: I’m am now 7 days late still no positives. Testing again in the am. :/
