light pink blood prego ?? idk help plz

I had my period on jan 1-4 thats my last period. from the app i was suppose to have it already (feb 6) and still havent. im really nervous. ughhh help. what do u think? i took a pregancy test yesterday came back negative. today i went to the bathroom and i wiped it was a very light pink. no blood on panties like i would have for my period. In the pic it doesn't look pink more orange idk why.
