Sore in the lower region

My boyfriend and I had sex like five days ago, and for the last four days I felt a little pain in the left side of my vagina like little cramps there. And for the past two days omg I'm in sooo much pain. Like, today at work it hurt to stand up for too long, hurt to bend down, to crouch, to even sit!!!

The pain is on the left side, just behind my left flap. ( sorry don't know the word) and like it's to the point where the left flap itself is a little tiny bit swollen.

Help ?!
