It doesn't taste gross to me but sometimes there's too much saliva and cum in my mouth to swallow comfortably so I'll spit out then but otherwise it's whatever I feel like

Neither. I've done it once or twice for my husband but he really tastes gross, not even salty, but more bitter. Plus his load is huge!

A guy that I used to see, was absolutely delicious. He used to eat very healthy, lots of fruits. Couldn't get enough of him.

Depends on there food consumption if they eat healthy it's a little bit salty and if they eat junk and rubbish foods it's really salty
