Smell Only During Sex?

Is any other ladies have or experienced this issue. My man tells me my pussy smells fine we he goes down and when we foreplay but he says about a few strokes in it gets a small odor. He says it’s not fishy and it’s not strong but it’s still a faint smell. Idk what it is! Maybe the jelly we use or how his scent mixes with mine. I made a doc appointment but any other suggestions ladies??
