has anyone had success on conceiving plus pills?

I have been with my man for 7years going into 8years in May. We haven't had any luck in getting pregnant, I refuse to believe I can't have children. I've always been on the heavier side all my life, grew up in a very healthy family. I just recently started to slim down and my periods are finally normal compare to how they were, it seemed as if they had a mind of its own. But I am thinking on looking into the conceiving plus and hope to have some luck. Jw if they work?
