Safe to start pineapple? (Post ovulation?)

I don’t temp- only use opk I’ve had +opks for the past 2 days then got my negative today! Safe to say ovulation is over and I’m in my TWW
 (I know it’s not 100% without temping)

I started bromelain, the ingredient extracted from pineapple core, at 1dpo this cycle, 11dpo currently, fingers crossed. I want to test so bad but almost 4 years of ttc is getting too depressing, the longer I don't test the longer I can have hope.... Best of luck.
