Is it okay that I took ibuprofen last night?

I'm 14 weeks and couldn't sleep last night because my teeth were killing me, in turn giving me a huge headache which kept me up for hours. I took 200mg ibuprofen because I couldn't take the pain anymore and the only other medication I had was extra strength Tylenol. I feel super guilty for taking ibuprofen :/. Is it okay to take a few times in pregnancy?

You're not supposed to take ibuprofen while pregnant. Tylenol, even extra strength is fine. I take 1,000mg when I need something for pain. It has different properties that. Ibuprofen.

Your teeth are probably hurting because your body is lacking calcium. The baby will pull it from your teeth and bones to compensate and make sure they have all they need. Try taking a calcium supplement to help! Or at least Google the symptoms and there should be suggestions.

You should take the Tylenol instead of the ibuprofen. Tylenol is safe in pregnancy ibuprofen is not.

You should be fine I would imagine. There's worse things you could be doing. I would ask a doctor just in case tho.
