How sore are early preg sore boobs?

I'm a week into my TWW and have been trying not to drive myself crazy over analyzing would-be symptoms. With that being said, the past day or two my boobs have been tender and keep kind of dense/heavy...but I'm not sure if it's just in my head. How sore are early pregnancy sore boobs? I had a friend say she barely grazed hers and it almost dropped her to her knees. Is that fairly standard? If so, I'm no where near there.
