Contractions.. maybe??

Hello mommies

I’m 38w 6days and I’m having a lot of Braxton-Hicks on and off all day and night.

But lately I’ve been having pain.. twinges ok my lower stomach and what also feels like period cramps. Sometimes I even feel pain on my booty hole. Sorry if TMI I just need help identifying on whether these are still part of Braxton-Hicks or contractions??

Last Wednesday I had a membrane sweep and was dilated to 2cm, if that means anything ..

Please help. I need some guidance!
