Switching from Aubra to Chateal

okay about 4 months ago i went to get my ovaries checked for possible cyst. i thought i was okay because i never got a call as i thought. went to pp to get a yearly reup and my obgyn breaks it to me and tells me i have multiple cyst on both ovaries. So ive been on Aubra a year and a few months completely loved the pill after 3 months of letting the side effects calm down. my period became regular and light mild to non existing cramps lasted 2 to 3 days i was living the dreams as i have delt with horrible periods my whole life. Okay so when i was there she switched me to chateal with a high dose of estrogen and to also skip my periods to every three months. I've already started having many side effects including cramps and stomach problems and its only been 3 weeks. I've been reading online and all i see is horrible reviews. im tryna stick it out because from suppressing my periods my obgyn thinks they will minimize my cyst i will be getting checked again in may to see but my question is has this happen to anyone else? i know everyones different but some advice would be lovely im also experiencing a lot more discharge than before
