Round Ligament Pain/SPD for all pregnancies?

Hello ladies.

For those of you who have had RL pain or SPD, have you had it for multiple pregnancies?

I have it really bad now, to the point that even slow walking as exercise and sleeping laying down are too painful to do....so I was wondering if it’s one of those things that if you have it for one pregnancy, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you’ll have it for others.

This is my first pregnancy and it’s really scaring me to even think about future ones.

I started to see a chiropractor so hopefully that helps since the belly support has not.
