Is it safe to drink this while pregnant? I'm concerned because I have extreme sickness and I don't eat food. No protient nothing.. And ideas to help I'm 10 weeks pregnant.

I hope so cause I drank those a lot in the beginning. Especially when I woke up in the middle of the night starving.

Should be fine. It may have a little caffeine bc it's chocolate flavored, but just keep that in mind if your having coffee or soda in addition to it. (Which judging by your post you probably aren't lol). Also, you can try ensure or boost. Many doctor recommended them when I was sick with Mono. They have all the nutrients you need and taste pretty good. I would probably pick ensure or boost over carnation though
