No motivation
Okay, so I really want to get healthy and lose weight before I start school next year. I’m homeschooled and I want to go back to regular school however I want to loon really great and feel confident when I do go back. The problem is I have 0 motivation. I’ve tried everything. I think it’s because I don’t see results fast enough and I know I just have to give it time but it’s really hard. I also don’t want to have to cook a healthy meal bc that takes time and energy which I also don’t have. I have a problem with working out at home bc I’ll be working out and then I see my bed and I lose my motivation but I also can’t afford to go to the gym. Anyone know how I can get more motivation??
