sex or no sex

so im on the combination pill. its seasonique. now im at the yellow pill.... which means in about a week ill need a new pack. but when im on the yellow pill can i have unprotected sex? cuz i heard that. the second combo pills are just sugar pills. also when i start my new pack. do i have to wait 7days to have sex or can i just have sex?
