I'm on the pill but I'm really bad at taking it (never at the same time, sometimes I miss a day bc I'm dumb) and now my period is late... someone give me advice please I'm scared as heck

the more irregular you are with taking the pill, the less reliable it is. it's very possible. you should be using a back up method until you can take your pill regularly or try a different method of birth control bc it's not working out for you
