I went for my first ultrasound, transvaginal. the doctor calculated that I'm about 6 - 6 1/2 weeks along judging by my cycle. She couldn't find an embryo or heart beat, just a yolk sac. she said it's possibly just too early and is going to do another in 2 weeks. I'm very sad, and discouraged. I feel like I had a miscarriage or something is wrong. I've had light cramping, only light bleeding around when implantation would occur. idk what to think. Have any of you experienced this?
