Preeclampsia

Lately my head has been hurting a lot and today I have suddenly became a little nauseous. I am 26 weeks pregnant so I figured the nausea would be over with. I know headaches are normal in pregnancy but I'm just worried it could be signs of preeclampsia. I just had a doctors appointment a few weeks ago so would they already know if I had preeclampsia or not?
