Having real but irregular contractions... anyone else?

So I’m at least 34w4d today according to midwife but have a weird cycle and we had to kind of choose between two conception dates, so I could be like 7-10 days further along.

Anyways, past 6 days I have been having consistent evening contractions that don’t regulate to a pattern but cause pressure. Went in last night when I had 8 within 2 hrs and they checked me.

Contractions registered 60-90 on the monitor and I was dilated 1 cm and partially effaced but FFN was negative so was sent home.

Just confused and stressed more now because idk of my body is trying to go into labor now or not. Been losing parts of my plug too this past week.

My last pregnancy, I naturally went into labor at 36w2d and delivered at 36w4d. No medical issues for her.

Anyone dealing with the same thing?
