I'm pregnant but I'm bleeding

So today I'm 10 dpo and got a positive but I'm bleeding and in a lot of pain it's dark red but my mum said she bled all through her pregnancy so I don't no...... tomorrow I'm going to get blood work but I have just turned 18 this is my first pregnancy ever I don't know what's going on can someone help
