Will it affect my birth control?!
So I take Ginseng-complex, Hairfinity , B- complex, Fish oil , and 5000 MCG of biotin a day. Will any of these decrease the effectiveness of my birth control?! I have the nexplanon Implant. Just got it inserted a week or so ago.
