It would be between the baby's grandparents and parents (the parents are not married, but the baby does have the fathers last name) Parents are on drugs and the mother was just in jail for domestic violence against the father. The baby is now with "a safety monitor" and the mother. The safety monitor is a known drug dealer and i have evidence thanks to social media (tons of pictures of drugs and parefanelia) What was the outcome of your situation? Any advice for this particular situation? Im in florida if that makes a difference.
