The morning after pill isn't birth control. If the sperm and the egg already meet then it won't terminate the pregnancy. If the sperm and the egg have NOT met there is still a chance that the pill will not prevent prrgnancy. If you do take a plan B please go see an OB and have them check if everything is normal and as it should be. If you're not 18 yet then please AT LEAST use a condom. Plan B is not birth control, or an abortion pill. it does not guarantee 100% effectiveness and will likely mess up your entire system and make your periods go all over the place. You should also not take plan B pills close together. I think I read that you should wait at least half a year (or was it a year?? I don't remember) until taking another one because of how badly it throws your body off, and because of all the stuff in the pill.
