Help 😫😫

Am now 11 days late for my period 😫 yesterday I had some small bleeding when I wipe and I thought it was my period starting so I put in a tampon about 1 hour or so later I removed it to change it because of my lower abdominal cramps I thought I was bleeding heavily just to see no blood, so I put on a liner just to track the amount of blood and only to see slight brown spots on the liner and no blood and no blood or spots when I wipe am 27 and sexually active but I’ve never been pregnant b4 so I don’t kno anything about it someone give me some advice please could I be pregnant 🤰🏻 or just extremely late
