8 weeks along...

So before I got pregnant I used to work out almost every morning, but I've been super tired, and a little nauseous (just barely, and it usually goes away after I eat) in the mornings so I've been skipping my workout for an extra half hour of sleep. This morning I woke up feeling great! So I ate a banana, got my son his breakfast and tried a light workout. It was a way easier workout than I was doing in the past, I figured start out slow and I'll be fine, right? wrong! I got super out of breath and I vomited for the first time this pregnancy, and I was only 8 minutes in to my workout... anyone else having serious trouble being active? 🤢😞
