Raspberry tea leaf ?

What’s everyone’s views on raspberry tea leaf? Does it actually do anything?

My friend drank it for the last two weeks of her pregnancy. Although she was 4 days late, she had her baby girl within 3 hours of labor and only 24 min pushing. This was her first pregnancy and all of the nurses were amazed. She also went to the acupuncturist and had weekly prenatal massages during the last two weeks. Not sure if it was the tea or all of those things combined, but i plan on drinking the tea towards the end of my pregnancy - anything to make it go smoother 🙌

It's soooo gross. I thought it would taste like raspberries lol. But I drank that nasty crap like crazy. Didn't work. I was overdue with my 3rd baby.

I've been drinking it since I was TTC.  I buy it in bulk, loose leaf, and I make a big pitcher and drink it got or iced.  I like the flavor, and it's soothing.  I'm only 6w6d but so far so good!  Got a good measurement and heartbeat a few days ago.  Supposedly, it's supposed to be good for before, during, and after pregnancy.

Make sure it's Red Raspberry Leaf Tea and not just raspberry flavoured tea (I'm assuming you're drinking this for pregnancy). It helps tone yor uterus making for an easier labour and although it can't guarantee that, why not drink it with that hope anyways? I drank it starting from 37 weeks until the night of labour (40 weeks). I loved the taste of it and it made me feel better, along with prenatal yoga and any other aids you feel fit you and your pregnancy 😊
