Help pregnant ?

Okay so everything’s just been weird and confusing with my body and I need some insight .

So at the beginning of the month I had strep throat and was on amoxicillin. I quit taking them halfway through . I know bad mistake . So my sugar pills started this past Sunday and I didn’t start spotting until thursday and now I’m bleeding normally . So itsnever been that late to start and as of yesterday I had fever and chills and I cant taste things very well , runny nose and coughing . What’s going on ? I was worried that I was pregnant but I’m bleeding so idk?
