New ergo baby for $58 worth it?

My baby will be born in August and I live in north east Ohio so it’s cold from October through April. I have an infantino from my first baby but didn’t really use it much, but I’m thinking I will babywear more having two. Not sure if it’s worth it though, I always shopped around with him in car seat which I know people say is bad but when it’s so cold it’s the quickest warmest way to get in and out of the car.

I think that’s a fantastic price. Also, I found the Ergobaby 360 to be SUPER simple to put on. I put it on all by myself and wore my 10lb dog around for an hour while I did housework. He seemed to be quite comfy, and I had no issues with back, hips, or shoulders being sore.

I have one and used it only a few times in public mostly because it was too complex, lots of straps and clips, I couldn’t figure out how to quickly and easily get it on by myself without help. 
Also the waist strap around the back is thin and not padded and was uncomfortable. The front of the waist is wide and padded and I wish it was like that in the back. 
I was gifted a very used and very ugly baby bjorn and despite being put off by it not being new and shiny and pretty, it was a cinch to put on by myself, and super comfy for me and baby. So that’s the one that got use, while my shiny ergo baby didn’t get any love and collected dust, lol. 
$59 is a good price for ergo but I personally wouldn’t recommend buying one.

I use my ergo 360 almost everyday and my daughter is almost 13 months.

With one kid I just lugged around the carseat also but when I had two I wore my second baby a lot more. I prefer wraps or mai Tai carriers though.

If you didn't use the infantino, why are you thinking of getting a different carrier? Was there something wrong or something you didn't like about the infantino?

I just got an Ergo and I love it. We’ve been using a Baby Bjorn original for a while, but now baby is too big. 
At first we’d use a K’tan and a Moby Wrap, once hi was over 8.5 pounds.
