Do you sleep with a tampon on?

I’m just starting to sleep with a tampon bc if I wear a pad it’s gets everywhere and is so uncomfortable, but with a tampon I take it out ass so as I wake up.

I make sure to get up every 4-6 hours to change it.

When I used tampons I slept in them sometimes I went a little over the 8 hour mark. But then I switched the menstrual cup and you can leave that in for 12 hours! But I don’t get periods anymore so i don’t use either.

No, when I first started using them I was paranoid about TSS, and now that I’m 25, I worry about being too lazy on a day off to get up and change it on time. So no tampon-sleeping for me.

You can technically leave them safely in for 8 hours and I never get more sleep than that so I go all night
