I have been on the Nexplanon for a whole year now and even though I haven’t gotten pregnant my period lasts no less that 25 Days with less than 5 days in between periods. Should I stop this birth control?

Thank you everyone so much for the prayers the procedure went good! Its crazy to think this little birth control rod traveled from my arm through my heart eventually getting stuck in my pulmonary artery in my heart. The Drs and nurses keep telling me how lucky I am to be alive but I'm not lucky I'm blessed. God has a purpose for me. Ladies please becaful what you put in your body yes some birth control is easy but the risks behind some of them are far greater than just convince. (And for thise who think I'm lying please do your research I'm not the first reported case of this)
