I have been dating my boyfriend for 1 year next week and we talked about having sex.  At first he was into it, but like 4 months in he said he wanted to wait. So now we are both still virgins and planning on waiting till marriage.

I waited... waited and waited... then I met a guy at 19 and lost my virginity a week after knowing him! I don’t regret it because I trusted my judgement and we’re still together almost 3 years later! I always thought I would wait til marriage and I respect anyone that does, but I’d be waiting forever probably if I had waited. I’m glad I didn’t and got to experience something wonderful because we both felt it was right at the time!
