I need to know if i’m over exaggerating

i’m freaking out because i think i might be pregnant. now i have an iud but that is the only “protection” i use. my period is always weird so it’s not really surprising to me most months but period is usually always early, never late. at this point i’m 3 days late. a few days ago i had brown discharge and i thought my period was starting but after two or so days it went away and now i just have whiteish discharge, that’s normal for me too but this mixed with the fact that my period is late, is really concerning.

i went to the doctors on thursday to get a blood test for various things that i wanted to check, but in my mind if i was actually pregnant then they would have called me already right?

idk what to do, but other than the stuff i mentioned i haven’t been having any other symptoms other than cramps.

should i get a pregnancy test at the store or should i just wait to get my blood work back?? because if i am pregnant i need to terminate while i still can with the pills i know it sounds bad but i’m 18 and i wont have a home if my dad found out.
