Extremely sore breasts

Hi there everyone,

I've just got a general question really. I came off the depo injection about 8 weeks ago to start TTC instantly 2 days after my depo shot was due my breast became extremely sore and have continued to be very sore, but this morning I laid on my side and put both my hands under my head to get comfortable and the pressure of my arms being together made my breast feel as though they were going to pop, as though they couldn't withstand the pressure of my arms, in pain I quickly turned onto my back where I then go a sensation of throbbing for ten minutes, is this due to my old contraception or should I go see my GP about it?
