5 weeks pregnant - pinching pain?

I will be 5 weeks pregnant tomorrow and since this morning I've had a pinching feeling in the left side of my lower stomach, by my hip.

It isn't constant and I wouldn't say it's painful, just uncomfortable? I'm not bleeding or spotting, but I can't help but worry.... I have a hot water bottle which is helping a bit.

Any ideas? Or do you think it's just stretching pains? I'm such a worrier so not sure if I'm worrying for nothing or if I should be checked out?
